What We Do

Utah ADR Services, aka Mediation Services, has successfully convened dispute resolution processes in Utah for many years.  We coordinate the availability and services of a number of ADR professionals throughout the state.  We offer mediation, arbitration, special master, neutral evaluation and consultation services.  Panel members have handled some of the largest and most complex cases in state history.  We will advise you on the background, interests and suitability of panel members in order to assist in convening and helping you eventually resolve your dispute.

Our panel of neutrals are able to address a wide range of disputes, including insurance, medical malpractice, professional liability, personal injury, wrongful death, commercial transactions, business claims, securities, employment, domestic, product liability, real estate, land use, zoning, property damage, construction and many other kinds of claims and civil matters.
