Robert L. Stevens, Esq. Bob Stevens has been a civil trial lawyer based in Salt Lake City, Utah for over 30 years. His trial background includes personal injury, business disputes, employment law, and legal malpractice. Bob first got involved in alternative dispute resolution in the late 80's and was on the American Arbitration Association's Panel of mediators.

Bob has been involved in numerous mediations and arbitrations involving a wide variety of aspects of civil claims, including personal injury claims, property damage, evaluations, employment disputes, closely held business disputes, general business disputes, and medical malpractice.

Bob graduated from Dartmouth College in 1973 and the University of Utah College of Law in 1978. He continues a general civil litigation practice at the firm of Richards, Brandt, Miller & Nelson. In addition to his ADR practice, he has held an AV Rating for many years and has been recognized as one of Utah's Legal Elite by Utah Business Magazine.
