Work Experience: Private mediation practice 2007 - present. Since retirement have remained an active Senior Judge and involved in Drug Court consulting for the State of Utah. District Court Judge, State of Utah, 1997 – 2007. Circuit Judge, 1987 – 1997. Appointed to the Utah State Board of Pardons, 1984 Chairperson for Board of Pardons, 1985 -1987. Partner, Tesch, Hufnagel, Vandam, 1981-1984. County Attorney, Criminal Division, 1977 -1981. Courts Planner for LEAA, 1974 - 1977.

Education: B.S., Bethany College (1969) J.D., Boston University School of Law (1973)

Professional Licenses: Admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 1973. Admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1974. Federal District in 1974. Inns of Court 1997, President 2004.

ADR Experience: Numerous training courses while an active judge. Mediated multiple cases while on the bench for my court as well as colleagues. Completed 40 hour court mediation program.

Fees: $300 per hour.
